The Request Fulfillment Manager must monitor, control, and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth execution of the Access Management process. Access requests should be reviewed for timely closures and backlogs. Accesses should be verified to ensure that the access rights are correctly provided based on appropriate security policies. In case of escalations that may arise due to erroneous access provision leading to a security breach or delays in access provision, the Request Fulfillment Manager should handle the same. In many cases, security breaches may be handled through the Incident Management process.
